History

400 SW Sixth Avenue is more than just a creative corporate space. Inside its walls lie years of history. In 1961, the building opened its doors as the First National Bank Building. Resembling the classicism of the Lincoln Memorial, the building was dubbed as the “Marble Temple.” It was a place of security, trust, and community. Today, those pillars hold true.

Aspect has expanded. With the addition of six floors in 1992, it has 208,432 SF of productive space in the heart of the historic CBD. In the past 25 years, Portland has exploded with growth. With a 59% population increase, 400 SW Sixth Avenue has held true as a hub for creatives to come together and produce work free from distraction or doubt.

Just like its opening day, Aspect extends an invitation as it looks toward the future.
